ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Build customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing the best guest experience • Achieve a thorough knowledge of all products, services, warranties, and maintenance issues • Keep up to date through training and vendor publications • Assist other sales or service associates as needed to exceed our customers' expectations • Help maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the building and perimeter areas • Assist in receiving or transferring goods and maintenance of the inventory including unloading trucks and warehouse stocking • Maintain showroom merchandise • Follow all safety practices as outlined in policy and procedures • Sales of tires and service-related needs QUALIFICATIONS: • Strong auto service & tire sales knowledge • Good leadership abilities and team building • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Strong organizational skills • Proficient at preventive maintenance sales • Always maintain professional appearance • Have problem solving abilities and be a self-starter • Multi-tasking abilities About Us (client to insert): Locally owned tire and automotive business with national franchise ties and nationwide warranty on all work looking for a salesperson with experience and desire to work in the dynamic and ever-changing automotive field. Compensation is $14-$20 per hour plus incentives (annual compensation $50,000-$80,000) Benefits package includes Health, Optical, & Dental insurance share cost, paid vacations, sick time, paid major holidays off and an excellent work environment.
