Responsibilities:
- Analyze and solve customer service problems.

- Handle billing and account inquiries in a timely manner.
- Respond to after-hours requests within 24 hours.
- Respond quickly to customer service requests.
- Display leadership qualities.
- Provide training and guidance to other customer service representatives.
