At Trophy Deals, we would be nothing without our successful contact center team. The contact center representative will have a strong understanding of the sales process, turning leads into customers, and building our customer contact database. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with the ability to showcase our product offerings in a compelling way. It is essential that our sales rep be personable and professional.

Objectives of this Role

• Represent our company’s products and services, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding and following with consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs
• Meet weekly sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics
• Turn leads from marketing, customer service, and customer contact database into a customer
• Build relationships with customers by understanding their events and needs
• Account for daily calls to target quotas and report to team leader

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

• Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities
• Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered
• Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and relay objection handling
• Coordinate with other team to ensure company quotas and standards are being met, performing market research and regular competitor monitoring

Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
