Job Description
Job Title: Sales Representative
Reports To: Regional Sales Manager
Department: Sales

Job Summary
We are searching for a Sales Representative who wants to be part of a high energy, fast-paced, winning team culture. The Sales Representative is a leveraged sales position responsible for developing, managing, and closing business within target accounts and industries. Will also be responsible for managing new sales to existing clients. Gandy Ink provides decorated apparel and merchandise to industrial, educational, and business establishments. We utilize various methods to make the final product which include screen-printing, embroidery, dye sublimation, and many others.
Essential Job Functions
- Consistently meet/exceed sales quotas using various outbound prospecting methods
- Create trusted customer relationships with a focus on solving customer pain
- Proactively pursue sales opportunities through relationship building
- Seek and find new business within existing customers
- Successfully identify and qualify new business opportunities
- Utilize CRM software and or programs to manage accounts and prospecting activities and consistently and accurately maintain customer and prospect information in the CRM.
- Compile product quotes and follow up with customers to secure the sale
- Drive sales through by leveraging product knowledge, responsiveness, and problem solving to provide great customer value.
- Participate in sales meetings and trade shows
- Provide professional and above average customer service
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or two-year Associate Degree with emphasis on sales.
- Minimum of 5 years successful experience as a direct contributor carrying a sales quota. At least one year of outside sales experience.
- Strong skills in work planning, scheduling, and must have good judgment of color, design, and printing quality.
- Excellent communication skills (oral, written and presentation)
- Self-motivated, growth oriented and goal driven
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and employees.
- Strong computer knowledge and ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.

Employee must be able to see and hear, read and write. Requires adaptability, analyzing, assessing, calculating, decision making, dependability, judgment, reading, speaking, following direction, handling multiple priorities and reasoning.
