Sales Development Representative

A key role within our North America operations and reporting to our Global Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for converting SQL’s to customers to achieve established revenue targets and help to develop and refine sales strategies and campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Gain core Camms software and products knowledge to best understand and address client needs
  • Identify the needs of prospective customers and provide fit to our solutions.
  • Perform sales meetings and demos with customers.
  • Drive revenue growth through the business
  • Manage the sales cycle from prospect to close
  • Work with marketing team to manage and qualify inbound leads and execute outbound campaigns
  • Work closely with the implementations team to meet customer needs and commitments

Required Knowledge, Skills, Education & Abilities:

  • Previous experience in a sales position, lead generation (cold calling, outbound/inbound marketing), with high volume calling and cold calling.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM is advantageous
  • A Degree in related field or any other fields is a must
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Highly self-motivated and target driven.
  • Logical thinker with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to develop collaborative relationships with customers, partners, and developers.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills while working with diverse audiences including highly technical IT professionals, developers, and architects.
  • The ability to work well under pressure and priorities your workload in a fast paced environment.
