As a Sales professionalin Our agency, you’ll be surrounded by tenured staff and management who will do everything to make you a success in this industry.

No sales experience is required; however, it would be helpful. As our new hire, we’ll invest in your success. Through strong training and mentorship, we have room for you to advance in your career and grow within our organization.

You can expect $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year with Salary + commission + bonuses combined.

Requirements – What we’re looking for:

  • Strong Interest in a sales career – Sales experience is a plus but not required.
  • Be willing to obtain your Property & Casualty license.
  • Commitment to success and achieving goals
  • Have an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • U.S. Work authorization (Required)

Responsibilities – A Day in the life

  • Achieve and exceed on new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
  • Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
  • Maintain knowledge of new products.
  • Create client relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Create relationships from a cold start and be able to handle customer rejection.
