As a Sales Ops Project Coordinator you will be responsible for end to end business processes, completing daily, weekly and monthly deadlines for the US Enterprise business segment. Success in the role requires an ability to work optimally and efficiently across multiple organizations. As a Sales Ops Project Coordinator, you will work with Sales, Leadership, Finance, Order Management, Contracts, as well as other key partners. This position is based on-site at our Apple campus in Austin, Texas.

Key Qualifications

  • Experience with Sales operations, business analyst, sales compensation roles
  • Strong Excel skills to manage and analyze large data sets
  • Familiarity with CRM end-to-end processes and CRM functional domains
  • Good communication and presentation skills with the ability to quickly establish trust, credibility, and influence across a variety of multi-functional and multi-directional partners.
  • Experience collaborating on projects with a geographically dispersed team in a highly- matrixed, fast-paced environment.
  • Superb attention to detail with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Tableau reporting and data visualization experience preferred.

Description

In this role, you will: Process, match and analyze large dataset, directly impacting revenue recognition and sales team compensation. Function critical administration of internal systems like sales and account hierarchy for the US Enterprise and territory management. Process and validate accuracy of, and submit monthly and/or quarterly compensation reports to compensation team within specified deadline. Calculating and summarizing key business metrics for the US Enterprise sales management. Propose solutions beyond what has been requested by our business partners. You will work on opportunities to build for scale by crafting holistically, with a focus on flexibility and operational efficiency. Engaging with colleagues across the team to identify system integration points and dependencies, and develop high level solution proposals for these integrations. Designing and conducting internal peer training as assigned to ensure ongoing process cohesiveness

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
