Responsibilities – Used Car Sales Manager:
- Train a high-performance sales team that closes deals
- Lead, assist and motivate the sales team in meeting sales goals
- Proficient in computing and quoting sales price
- Understand dealership operations including all aspects of sales and finance
Qualifications/Requirements – Used Car Sales Manager:
- Previous experience as an automotive sales manager required
- Must have used car purchasing experience
- Must be great with inventory turn, digital and lot merchandising
- Social media skills and computer proficient
- Finance experience is helpful
- Energetic with excellent leadership and sales ability
- Ability to drive sales and produce results; must be a strong closer
- Motivated to achieve high standards
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A positive attitude and professional appearance
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
