Williamson Pump and Motor is seeking a Motivated, Full time Sales Manager to direct our dedicated outside sales team. As a sales manager you would be responsible for the success of Williamsons’ sales department. You would set goals, focus strategies, produce sales reports, complete monthly forecasting, track sales and create budgets for your department. In addition to your management duties, you will, conduct sales in the Boston Territory. The Sales Manager will be responsible for the department meeting quotas, increasing sales by developing and maintaining relationships with customers and clients. Duties include identifying prospective customers, following up on potential sales leads, and maintaining relationships with existing customers. Prior sales experience in motors and HVAC pumps and desire to expand your career by selling top-of-the-line products with the most experienced Motor-Pump sales and service staff in New England, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities:

· Train and provide professional development for a sales team

· Setting and presenting weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals for the team

· Generating reports to track sales and goals

· Evaluating sales practices and processes to if they are having the desired impact

· Building relationships with clients and customers

· Mechanical Experience

· Experience with Pumps & Motors

· Minimum of 2 years sales experience

· Strong entrepreneurial drive and work ethic

· Competitive nature, driven to exceed, hate to lose

· Passion for/ knowledge of heavy equipment

· Eager to embrace technology (cell phones, iPads)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
