Roelmi HPC USA, part of the Roelmi Group, is a fast-growing subsidiary in the field of R&D, production, technology development and sales of innovative, high-quality raw materials and ingredients for the cosmetic and nutraceutical industries.

In view of a new organization of the Sales Department, we are looking for a Sales Manager specialized in the cosmetic raw material market for the management of the North American territories.

Reporting to the Sales Director, the resource will:

• Manage the budget for the entrusted territories;
• Develop the business on the assigned territories;
• Monitor the market;
• Write/draw up commercial reports;
• Elaborate complex commercial strategies, proposing different solutions based on the possibilities of each territory in order to maximise the probability of success, i.e.: exclusive distribution contracts, agencies, search for direct key customers.

Requirements:

• Degree in science (Biology, Biotechnology, CTF or Chemistry) or economics;
• Previous experience in the same job for at least 3 years;
• Sales experience in the cosmetic industry, in raw material production companies, distributors or contract manufacturers;
• Excellent knowledge of the Italian and/or French language;
• Availability to travel;
• Result-oriented and problem-solving skills;
• Dynamism, proactivity, organisational skills, precision and punctuality in carrying out the assigned tasks.
