A world-class Fin-Tech company is seeking an Ambitious Sales Manager

The Position: Sales Manager

This position is for an experienced Sales Manager to support the companys ambitious growth. You will provide strategic and innovative solutions to increase efficiency within a sales environment. This role will lead a team of 10- 20 sales representatives.

Compensation: $75K-$80K + $2K bonus every month

Location: Remote

  • Hold team huddles
  • Monitor Live Calls
  • Call reviews
  • Escalations
  • On-going training and performance management
Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills
  • Leadership skills
  • Being highly adaptable
  • Able to lead and motivate remote employees
  • Financial literacy understands debt management/consolidation strategies
  • Able to take calls and assist with resolving issues with difficult clients by using de-escalation tactics
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Internal Systems: Five9, Salesforce, ADP
  • Experience in maximizing sales production (Quotas, Spiffs)
  • Management experience: Hiring, Firing, Coaching, Training, Attendance Tracking
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Excel required
