SALES MANAGER (NO HVAC EXPERIENCE NEEDED).

We need 1 Sales Manager with excellent coaching and closing abilities to keep up with our fastest growth in 30 years of business. True leaders, coaches, and motivators will be considered. Business to Consumer sales a plus. No HVAC or mechanical experience required.

The Job: It's more of a mission

• Ability to inspire and lead others to attain company goals
• Recruit, train, motivate, and coach a team of In-Home sales professionals
• Coach sales team on proper closing techniques through training, call by call coaching, and active participation
• Partner with our financing vendors and train sales staff on offering financing options
• Conduct daily and weekly sales training meetings
• Ensure customer satisfaction experience is achieved on every call with positive feedback
• Set aggressive sales plans and propose expansions
• Conduct performance evaluations, PIP’s, and coach direct reports to success
• Perform sales lead coordination for sales department
• Work in conjunction with installation department to ensure project success
• Manage departments P & L expectations working directly with General Manager.
• Hold a role on our Leadership Team to contribute to guide, grow, and gain market share
• Highly organized, motivated, with great attitude on life
