Apple Ford Lincoln Apple Valley currently has an opportunity for a Sales Floor Manager to join our team. We are located at 7200 150th Street, Valley MN.

As the Sales Floor Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing sales staff, sales success of the dealership, contribute to the planning and developing of the sales departments short-term and long-term goals and meeting the objectives set by management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Recruitment, training and management of sales staff
• Insure sales staff understands and is compliant with the policies and procedures
• Communicate with assigned sales staff the policies and procedures
• Evaluate the performance of the assigned sales staff
• Promote an enthusiastic attitude to build positive employee attitudes and morale
• Coordinate the function of sales consultants with all other departments so they work together as a team
• Guide and support all Sales people in daily activities to ensure they meet their objectives
• Evaluate trades (training will be provided)

Job Qualifications:

• Previous Sales Management experience is not required, but preferred
• Minimum 1 years of proven sales experience in the automotive industry
• Must have above group CSI and trending towards top 10%
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Basic MS Office knowledge, computer software and internet proficiency
• Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
