Our Sales Lead Generators represent Will Fix It while working inside a home improvement retail store. You will set appointments for our Comfort Specialist and Technicians and explain our services to the customers. Will Fix It partners with stores all over San Antonio and surrounding areas as the exclusive provider of Air Conditioning, Plumbing Services and Attic Insulation Installs. This is a great opportunity for candidates that are goal oriented, organized, and have excellent sales skills.

The ideal candidate will also have some sales and marketing or related work experience, excellent communication and people skills, enthusiasm with approaching customers, and a strong work ethic.

Weekends are required to serve as a Lead Generator with concentration on event planning. Two years of Lead Generation or Sales experience required.
