Sales Executive
Essity is a leading global hygiene and health company which develops, produces and sells Health & Medical, Consumer Tissue and Professional Hygiene products and solutions and has a strong global presence.
We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our Sales team based in San Juan, Puerto Rico. We are looking for someone with consumer goods knowledge, who is customer focused with excellent planning, engagement, negotiation and execution skills. Someone who is passionate about what they do and has the ability to add value and walk the path in growing our business with us!
About the Role
Execute the strategies and business plans that materialize the channel's value proposition in each of the clients in charge, through agile and sustainable negotiation processes that ensure compliance with sales budgets, collection and distribution goals, both numerical and weighted, making profitable the cost to serve. This role will report directly to the Key Account Manager.

What You Will Do
- Channel Strategy: Provide feedback with information from the field about the market and the competition to each of the areas related to the sales process, in order to detect opportunities and propose sales strategies.
- Sale: Guarantee an effective negotiation process and maintenance of existing commercial relationships, through effective advice to clients, and continuous updating of sales drivers, product differentiators, commercial agreements and execution of JBP's to meet the goals distribution and contribute to sales growth.
- Sales monitoring : Using the tools and dashboards available, monitor the monthly budget of the client/distributor, profitability of the negotiations, inventories and sales drivers (Activations, Effectiveness, Drop Size, SKUs, Frequency) and the GTM of the channel to comply with the distribution goals and contribute to sales growth.
- Portfolio: Efficiently manage the portfolio of the clients in charge, managing the collections (according to the terms, quotas and prompt payment defined with the Credit and portfolio area) and preparing and validating the credit notes by making the respective crosses.
- POS: support and advise assigned clients in the correct execution of the sales fundamentals in each of the POS of the retailers it serves through the pillars of the defined model. Responsible for identification of opportunities, analysis of the same and submission of action plans necessary for the success of sales management in assigned clients.
- Client contracts: responsible for monitoring, execution and compliance with contracts and commercial agreements with each of the clients in charge, guaranteeing the execution of the established parameters to ensure the control and implementation of our distribution models in the channel .
Who You Are
- Min. Bachelor's degree. (Business administration, engineering, etc)
- 1 years’ experience in similar positions
- Excellent computer skills - Microsoft package
