POSITION DESCRIPTION: Our Waterloo, Iowa client. has an opportunity for a Sales & Customer Service Representative in the Waterloo/Cedar Falls area. This position is a direct hire for a well-established, professional business.
Duties include:
· Sales and customer service that promotes exceptional customer service, honesty, and sensitivity;
· Building relationships from new leads and referrals;
· Managing account services, quality checks and follow-ups;
· Preparing presentations, proposals and sales contracts;
· Participating in marketing events, seminars and trade shows;
· Hours will be somewhat flexible and comp time will be awarded for any weekend duty.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Must have excellent communication skills;
- Previous sales and customer service experience;
- Strong relationship building, listening and organizational skills;
- The ability to work or be on-call approximately every third weekend.
