What You'll Be Doing
- Manage and foster strong relationships with business partners, select employee and community groups.
- Consistent with company values and branding expectations, organize, execute and provide reporting on sales-related and outreach programs, and educational activities. Such activities may include coordination with third party partners and employees of non-GNM entities.
- Support the effective application of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform by Mortgage Loan Officers and Sales Managers.
- Oversee all lead sources to ensure they are being efficiently distributed along with providing applicable reporting on performance of lead conversion.

- $45,000-$65,000 per year

Preferred Qualifications
Skills
- Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills when dealing with mortgage sales consultants on behalf of management to appropriately reinforce management expectations. Demonstrate time management skills.
- Demonstrate ability to use appropriate software applications to compile data related to sales production, compensation, marketing campaign results and other areas of measurement as assigned.
- Demonstrate attention to detail in the preparation of reports, and collection of information and data for tracking and/or reporting to management.
- Demonstrate judgment and decision-making ability that can be applied to working independently and making recommendations to management related to topics that may include: vendor/business partners’ participation in events, event venues, need for additional performance coaching, selection of and scheduling of training and its delivery.
- Demonstrated administrative support skills to include the use of MS Office suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams.

Physical Demands
- While performing the duties of your job, you may regularly be required to sit and use a keyboard, multiple monitors, mouse, and telephone (including repetitive motions with hands, fingers, arms, etc.) for extended periods of time. You may also frequently be required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms, bend, and kneel.
- You may occasionally be required to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
