Bowie House, Auberge Resorts is an imaginative and bold new urban retreat that draws visitors to a place whose history is built on tales of frontier valor and adventure. An exciting gathering space for locals and visitors alike, the four-story, 106-room boutique hotel will feature 88 rooms and 18 suites, including a 2,250 square foot signature suite. ROLE SUMMARY
As the Executive Sales Coordinator, this role supports our General Manager and Area Director of Sales. The role must provide superior customer service, manage multiple priorities at the same time, and bring value and support to the Area Sales Team. The individual will act as a liaison for the team, maintaining a series of partner B-B marketing platforms, providing administrative support and communication of sales collateral in partnership with the marketing team.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

      Work with the Sales team in order to ensure adequate coverage for the Sales Department. Field unsolicited leads.

        Maintain the sales system by ensuring all leads are loaded, lost business is tracked and all accounts are complete and up to date.

          Manage RFP inboxes.

            Coordinate partner stays, sites and all details around the experience with each resort

              Support team to achieve annual budgetary goals with respect to occupancy and revenue.

                Manage relationships with accounts and ensure that all information/history in the reservations system is current and accurate.

                  Prepare and assist in Directors travel plans

                    Execute email requests

                      Prepare expense reports

                        Maintain a close relationship with remote sales directors to ensure the department runs smoothly and that hotel-wide standards initiatives are coordinated.

                          Manage all group rooming lists

                            Other duties as assigned.

                          REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

                              Must possess broad knowledge of all aspects of high-end hotel operations, with strong emphasis on sales & reservations

                                Ability to multi-task and take direction from multiple managers

                                  Ability to work independently, effectively and efficiently from remote home office

                                    Available to plan and coordinate site visits with clients and clearly communicate details to on site resort staff

                                      Superior customer service skills are essential

                                        Self-starter, and problem solving thinker

                                          Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English both verbally and written

                                            Excellent time management skills

                                              Strong organizational skills are required



                                            PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

                                                Knowledge of Delphi, CVENT, Opera and Google suite are a plus

                                                  Working knowledge of Opera reservations

                                                    Knowledgeable on hotel industry contracts including consortia & OTA
