Role

Looking for enthusiastic and friendly Sales Consultants to generate sales in foreign currency products in a busy airport environment. The role of the Sales Consultant is to knowledgably encourage existing and potential customers to exchange their foreign money while meeting their own sales targets and KPIs. A successful Sales Consultant must be able to understand the customer’s requirements in a short time and present recommendations that meet their needs; therefore the Sales Consultant must be motivated, an excellent communicator, persuasive and have exceptional people skills.

Key Responsibilities

· Effectively understand features and benefits of all Foreign Currency product lines to use selling skills to increase the average transaction value

· Meet all productivity standards set by Management (monthly targets/goals)

· Responsible for accurate balancing of inventories and maintaining cash stock balances

· Responsible for maintaining the highest level of customer service

· Able to complete all day end procedures and maintain customer files (as needed)

· Responsible for identifying the warning signs of questionable transactions and mitigating possible effects of these deals with Management

· Ensure that all compliance requirements and regulations are being adhered to daily

· Responsible for appropriate attire and overall professional attitude to customers and team

· Take on work projects as assigned

Qualifications/Experience:

· Must have the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

· Ability to handle routine types of activities in a steady, deliberate manner with attention to accuracy and detail

· Demonstrated experience working with computer systems

· Open availability to work varying shifts

· Business is customer service oriented needs an outgoing personality

· HS with 1-2 years with consecutive related experience (banking/retail)

...College and/or Bilingual a plus!

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.50 per hour

Shift:

• 4 hour shift
• Day shift
• Night shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Retail sales; banking; customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
