- Japanese freight forwarding company is looking for a Sales.
New Customer Development
- New Customer Research & Communicate with Japan & Global partners
- Visit customers to check the potential for transportation
- Operational Follow-up at initial stage
Existing Customer Maintenance
- Timely RFQ Response & Follow-up for Customer Feedback on our pricing
- Visit current customers to maintain relationship and support new/existing business
- Develop New Business from Existing Customer
- Support customer requirements as much as possible with respect to legal, ethical, and company policy
- Support the operations team for transportation as needed according to internal escalation rules
Daily Activities
- Receive emails from overseas and U.S. customers
- Create to quote based on rules of sales team members
- Regarding the content of the meeting with the customer(On-line, Visit), create minutes, Customer data sheet,
& share with the team
Qualification
- 2-3 years of experience in the similar industry is highly preferred. (Manufacturing or Trading is OK as well)
