The responsibilities of the Sales crew are:
· Be the “front line” of customer service for our organization. Every time you put on our uniform you are representing our business and your co-workers.
· Taking customer orders
· Have some plant knowledge
· Answering phones
· Maintain a clean, beautiful and healthy plant stock and retail nursery
· Provide stellar customer service
· Support the landscape division
· Attend to customer needs and questions
· Conduct cash register transactions
· Irrigate plants
· General cleaning and organizing of nursery/retail space
· Unload plants from trucks
· Weed, deadhead, and prune plant stock
· Assist with maintenance of property gardens
