We live by this philosophy in everything we do. The Original Mattress Factory is an established, employee owned, Florida manufacturer and retailer of mattresses and box springs. We opened our new Clearwater factory and showroom in early 2021 and have opened additional showrooms since. Original Mattress Factory has a reputation of quality products and excellent service. We build a high-quality product — in our own factory — and use a no pressure sales approach with our customers focusing on education rather than meeting quotas. We offer an extensive paid training program to provide all of the tools needed to succeed. Our company has experienced tremendous success due to our unique company philosophy, quality product, factory-direct pricing, and our excellent people.

We are looking for motivated, hardworking individuals with prior experience in sales or customer service to join our sales team. Prior experience in entry level or higher management is a plus. Must be willing to work any of our store hours and be willing to float to other stores in the local area as needed. We focus on an educational, no-pressure sales approach. The individuals must have a positive attitude and good communication and clerical skills. Integrity and desire to strive for excellence are at the core of who we are. A typical work week averages 40-45 hours, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

We have an extensive paid training program where we will teach you everything you need to know to be successful.

Successful candidates will be those who have a desire to learn and grow in an established industry and have the ability to be flexible in their schedule.

Pay: $16.00 per hour
