SALES ASSOCIATES
We are looking for energetic, customer-focused individuals who have excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, an ability to multi-task and are committed to service excellence and customer satisfaction. Are you retired? A student? Or need a second income? Trades experience? Particularly plumbing or electrical? Ace is Your Place!
As a full- or part-time Ace Associate you'll play a key role in providing legendary customer service to our customers and in building customer loyalty. You'll be responsible for helping in our services area. This may include duplicating keys, building screens or rescreening, sharpening, dispensing propane, cutting glass and plexi-glass, mixing paint, and completing small repairs. You also may be trained to cashier or assist in our garden center.
All Ace associates provide helpful solutions to customers' home improvement needs. Regular duties include maintaining stock, driving sales, building sales skills and product knowledge, and maintaining store safety, security, cleanliness and integrity. Our structured training program ensures all new employees become proficient at performing all services and providing the type of assistance our customers expect.

Qualifications
- Helpful customer service skills and positive upbeat attitude
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours -- including evenings, weekends and holidays -- to meet the needs of the business and the customer
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lift at least 40 pounds
- Previous retail, hardware or trades experience is a plus
