The Sales & Operations Administrator will assist Sales and Operations personnel in the performance of their job duties, and general operation in the Branch. This person will be an integral part of the team inside the office, tracking transportation, projects, schedules, documents, and provide excellent internal and external customer service.

This person will also be available to assist in our warehouse when things get busy. Someone who is not afraid to be trained on and run a forklift if the need arises; or to grab a paint roller and paint some equipment in a pinch. Flexibility, efficiency, and an excellent work ethic are crucial for this position, with opportunity for growth in a growing company.

Job Summary:

The Sales & Operations Administrator will assist Sales and Operations personnel in the performance of their job duties, and general operation of the Littleton, CO branch.

Duties/Responsibilities (Office):

  • Administrative Duties
  • Booking Travel
  • Collection Calls and Emails
  • Communicate effectively with customers
  • Booking trucks to transport equipment
  • Rental paperwork organization and coordination with other branches
  • Create quotes and shipping documents
  • Supporting the Sales and Operations Personnel
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Prospecting for new work—cold calling/emailing construction companies

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent Office knowledge (especially Word and Excel)
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Able to navigate and research on the computer very well
  • Excellent Organization and Multitasking Skills
  • Experience with booking travel
  • Experience tracking inventory
  • Quick learner and work quickly.
  • Be punctual and reliable
  • Work quickly and efficiently
  • Be able to shift gears quickly, self-starter, work well as a team and individually

Education and Experience:

At least three years of experience as an Office Manager, Office/Warehouse coordinator, or similar.

Physical Requirements:

An ideal candidate is hard-working, reliable, and able to lift up to 50 lbs. We are looking for a solutions-oriented individual who takes pride in their work.
