The Move-in Coordinator works in accordance with the established policies and procedures of the community and/or direction from the Sales Manager. The Sales and Move-in Consultant performs all the necessary functions of ensuring a successful move-in of all future residents by developing relationships with key accounts to maximize revenue and client retention. Acts as a consultant by developing account strategies that provide the greatest opportunities to drive revenue.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: *include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Manages the collection of entrance fee deposits and final unit purchase settlement fees.
- Assists and guides future residents in available selections (kitchens, flooring, colors, up- grades)
- Communicates with internal stakeholders including community leadership and other departments along with vendors as needed regarding any requests for construction / physical plant changes.
- Prepares closing documentation and internal communications timely and accurately.
- Serves as the primary contact with the future resident regarding move-in dates and details surrounding the move-in and drives personal vehicle to customer home as needed to advance the sale.
- Interviews and approves service providers for vendor lists and facilitates execution of Third Party Agreements.
- Conducts on-site review of future residents existing home, takes measurements, advises as to what belongings can be moved into community, and recommends resources (realtors, movers, storage and liquidation vendors, etc…).
- Develops and updates, as needed, the community move- in resource guide.
- Staffs the office to meet business needs, which may include evenings, weekends and holidays, Participates in marketing events as directed by the Marketing and Sales Director.
- Adheres to the Ten Hospitality Promises (see below) in the marketing office and maintains a hospitality- focused environment throughout the community.
- Maintains a polished and professional appearance at all times.

Administrative degree, minimum three years related work experience or high school degree and minimum five years related work experience
- Organizational skills
- Experience in a professional office setting or hospitality environment, where good communication (especially telephone) and customer relation skills are essential
- Proficient in the use of various software including all Microsoft Office applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent keyboarding and proofreading skills
- Ability to multitask
- Takes initiative

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:*
Bachelor's degree required. 3 + years of relevant professional experience.

English: highly proficient in both spoken and written English
