Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of outbound calls, emails, and SMS text in a timely manner
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, communicate compeitive advantages
- Engage customers by going the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
- Meet call, quote, and order quotas
- Build database
- Work with a team of people
Skills
- Previous experience in a sales / customer support role
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- High school degree
- Photoshop (preferred)
- Social Media (preferred)

At Trophy Deals, we would be nothing without our successful contact center team. We are looking for a Contact Center Representative to connect our potential customers to our services! The successful candidate will be able to identify prospect needs, communicate our value proposition, and nurture prospects into customers with a team. Our entry level positions are responsible for making outgoing calls, sending promotion emails and text, and building our database with new prospects.

Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
