We are looking for motivated, tenacious and energetic Sales & Finance people to add to our growing team of 'Customer Advocates'. The ideal candidates will have integrity, drive, ambition, always do the right thing and have a sincere desire to provide outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for changing the way people experience and perceive car buying forever; using our unique 'One person, One price "No Bull" sales approach'.
You will be:
- Greeting the customers, explaining the Wilsonville Toyota 'WHY' and understanding their needs and wants.
- Committed to being a sales expert with detailed knowledge of our products and latest technology.
- Test driving the vehicle and providing features and benefits presentations on our industry leading products.
- Conducting credit interviews and helping customers find the best way to buy a car for THEM.
- Presenting totally transparent payment options and financial options without the need for conflict or negotiation.
- Following up with prospective customers using email and phone.
- Making sure our current customers are protected and satisfied throughout their ownership.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
