Sales Business Analyst

Full-time | USA Sales | Location – Olathe, KS

Supports Sales managers with collection, analysis, and presentation of data and processes and creation of tools to ensure the teams are performing in the most efficient and effective way possible. Develops reporting tools for other departments as needed.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collect, analyze, evaluate, forecast, and report sales data via Tableau dashboards and spreadsheets to management and sales representatives.
• Utilize Tableau, CRM, ERP system, phone applications, and other data to provide ongoing balanced scorecards and analytics in support of the business.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for use by management to improve team productivity for all areas of the business.
• Provide month-end reports and dashboards in a timely manner to management for team efficiency measurements.
• Being proficient in inventing processes or systems needed to implement changes
• The ability to analyze data models to deliver logical conclusions.

HOW TO SUCCEED

• Demonstrates advanced reporting expertise including proficiency using Tableau, CRM tools, and ERP systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including V-Lookups, Pivot tables, and ad-hoc formula creation, as well as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Google Calendar.
• Demonstrates proficient math and logic skills including, but not limited to, business math and statistical knowledge.
• Ability to learn new software and applications quickly and proficiently.
• Demonstrates a high level of customer service with a focus on responding to sales/reporting related inquiries in a quick, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Demonstrates effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrates superior organizational, time management, and project management skills
• Must be team oriented and demonstrate a positive attitude.
