State Farm Agent located in Mesa near Mesa/Gilbert border is seeking outgoing, enthusiastic individual with a desire to be part of a winning team. As an Account Representative for Judy Helwani -State Farm Agency you will build and cultivate new customer relationships within the community, helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. You will utilize needs-based review process and provide the appropriate solution to match the customers’ needs.

Account Representative Responsibilities

• Network and lead development
• Use of customer focused, needs-based process to educate customers about their insurance options
• Timely quoting and customer follow up
• Work with agent to establish and meet marketing goals
• Provide the appropriate solution for the customer’s needs with State Farm Products and Services
• Continual relationship building

Requirements

• Sales experience preferred but not required. Will train the right person for success
• Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risk of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Goal oriented
• Self-motivated
• Proactive in problem solving

As an Agent Team Member, you will receive
