Room Service Manager
Location: New York, NY
Salary: $65,000 - $70,000
The Company:
Our client is a world-renowned restaurant brand who have over 40 restaurants in 13 different countries. They offer high quality food with exceptional service to all guests. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to work with a well renowned Michelin Star chef, as a Room Service Manager.
Key Responsibilities of the Room Service Manager:
- Work alongside Floor and Beverage Managers to oversee the restaurant’s daily operations
- Ensure each service is carried out successfully and guest satisfaction is prioritised throughout
- Ensure all guest queries and issues are addressed and rectified in a prompt, efficient manor
- Work closely with the kitchen operations to ensure a smooth service for guests
- Lead the restaurant service team and build a strong work environment for the team
- Continuously providing training and development opportunities, maintaining current knowledge of best practices in training and development within the restaurant and hospitality industries to ensure compliance
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar position in an upscale full-service environment
- Passionate about providing a 5 Star Guest Experience
- Superb communication, organisational and time-management skills
- Familiarity with various restaurant systems is an asset
