A Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service.

What do we expect from you?

• Stock cart with room supplies
• Replace bed linens and replenish guest room supplies
• Conducting deep cleaning activities within the rooms of guests in conjunctions with preventative maintenance tasks
• On occasion may need to disassemble furniture or items in the guest room to conduct deep cleaning
• Remove all trash and dirty linen from guest rooms.
• Clean and restock the required number of guest rooms per shift
• Maintain regular attendance and be flexible with the schedule
• Ability to convey information and ideas clearly
• Follow company standards and safety/security procedures

Requirements

• Preferably prior hotel experience
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Interpersonal Skills
• A keen eye for detail
• Room Attendant for hotel 200 rooms or more
• Able to carry out the physical requirements of this role with or without reasonable accommodation
• Available to work varying days and shifts as business requires
• Preferably bilingual but not required
