Come Join our Administrative Nursing Team at White Oak Manor Kings Mountain! We are looking for a Full-time RN MDS Coordinator (Resident Assessment Coordinator-RAC) to join our family. This position reports to the Director of Nursing. The RAC oversees and facilitates the completion of resident assessments at the facility.

- Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in NC
- RAC certification is preferred
- 2+ years of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care with proven leadership and management skills
- Knowledge of CMI, Medicare, and PDPM evaluations
- Knowledge of Long-Term Care regulations and procedures, nursing services, rehabilitation therapy, MDS process, and resident care
