Job Summary:
- The RN Clinical Navigator is responsible for managing various referral resources/service-lines and interdisciplinary collaboration to achieve optimal patient outcomes through high-level clinical navigation.
- The RN Clinical Navigator will work with various stakeholders to create an environment of growth through quality with a central focus on patient satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
- Must have a license to practice professional nursing in the state of Illinois.
- Interpersonal skills to successfully interact with patient, guest, physicians, and other employees.
