Bayberry Commons is a Rhode Island owned and operated, 110 bed skilled nursing facility. We are part of the Health Concepts Corporation, a privately owned and operated by the Ryan family. Bayberry Commons, located in picturesque Burrillville, specialize in Sub-Acute rehabilitation, Long-Term Care and a secure Memory Care Community. We offer unique programs for our residents including Music & Memory, Entertainment and a new Horticulture program.

Position Status RN: 2nd shift available!!
Our Nurse Qualification Requirements:
- A nursing degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved school of nursing.
- Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse/LPN in the State of Rhode Island
- The ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
- The ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
- The ability to deal tactfully and professionally with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government personnel and the general public.
- Patience, tact, a pleasant disposition and enthusiasm, as well as a willingness to manage difficult situations.
- Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long term care.
- Leadership and supervisory ability and willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise others.
- The ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures, etc. that are necessary for providing quality care.
- Willingness to seek out new methods and principals and be willing to incorporate them into existing nursing practices.
- The ability to relate information concerning the resident’s condition.
Qualifications Preferred:
Previous hospital or nursing home experience but will train the right candidate
Compensation: We offer competitive rates with compensation based on experience.
