Registered Nurse or LPN- Full Time - Hampden, Hampshire counties

Currently seeking a full time RN or LPN with assessment skills for the Adult Family Care program. AFC RNs/LPNs work as part of an interdisciplinary and cross functional team. Current MA RN/LPN license and driver’s license & reliable transportation required. Ideal candidates will have:

• Strong Assessment skills

This position pays $32-$34 per hour. A M-F 35 hour work week schedule.
