We are looking for an RN Executive Director to join our home hospice team in Nashville, TN.

Strong Management: Employees/Teams, HR/Hire/Term, Evaluation/Corrective Action, Budget/Financials, Sales/Social Media
Quick Summary:
Reports directly to our Area Vice President of Operations.
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the assigned hospice location.
- Plan, organize, direct and evaluate services of hospice at assigned location
- Direct and coordinate admission of patients to hospice services
- Direct, supervise and evaluate hospice personnel and volunteers and coordinate services of all team members
- A current RN license (in the state of requested employment or ability to obtain)
- Must be able to demonstrate flexibility by performing a variety of tasks, often changing from one to another of a different nature without loss of efficiency or composure
- Communicate effectively with people of all socioeconomic backgrounds
This role requires full COVID-19 vaccination.
