The Registered Nurse (RN) provides for and assists in meeting the TCU residents’ physical, emotional and psycho-social needs while adhering to facility, state and federal guidelines.
Ebenezer Ridges Care Center is part of a full continuum of care campus including Transitional Care, Adult Day Programs, Intergenerational Child Care, Long Term Care, Enhanced Care and Assisted Living/Memory Care. We are located across the street from Fairview Ridges Hospital at the I-35E and I-35W split in Burnsville, MN. Minneapolis /St. Paul Magazine named us a Top Senior Community in 2021. - New and Improved On Call Pay Available; $47 per hour
- Pick your own hours and shifts to fit your schedule

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides for and assists in meeting the TCU residents’ physical, emotional and psycho-social needs while adhering to facility, state and federal guidelines.
- This nursing position is on call/casual hours; ability to pick up shifts ahead for pre-planned needs and for last minute needs.
- This position requires working 3 shifts per month with 1 weekend shift and 1 holiday per year

- Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual plan of care
- Coordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies
- Provides data relevant to the development of the care plan
- RN – Assesses resident goals and revises, modify care plans as needed
- Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided
Required:
- Current MN RN license or by start date
- AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers
Preferred:
- Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems
- Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN
- Ability to work with and have sensitivity to the needs of the geriatric population
