Our 32 bed unit treats patients with cardiac such as chest pain, open heart surgery, and recovery post stent/angiogram. Our patients receive continuous observation, monitoring and specialized care from an excellent team that works well together.

Your day

As a Cardiac Telemetry Nurse you know that every day is different, which is why you need to know how to:

• Adapt to quickly changing dynamic situations calmly and effectively
• Self-schedule and take 1 to 2 call shifts per 6 weeks
• Work collaboratively as a team with physician partners and peers
• Function well in a fast paced environment
• Monitor heart rhythms, maintain IV drips for more acute patients

Your experience

We hire people, not resumes. But we also expect excellence, which is why we require:

• ASN/ADN or BSN from an accredited program, required
• Ability to obtain BSN within 4 years of hire unless you have a minimum of 15 years of proven, continuous, acute care RN experience, required
• Current RN license to practice nursing in the state of Montana, required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications provided by the American Heart Association, required
• At least one (1) year of cardiac nursing experience, preferred
