Overview

Job Description:
The Revenue Reconciliation Specialist is responsible for reconciliation of posted and unposted payments received from third party payors, clients, and customers. This role will be responsible for maintaining cash logs and reports for documentation and future reference. This role will work to ensure on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis that payments are correctly allocated and reconciled to the appropriate bank accounts as well as customer and client accounts.

Qualifications/Education/Licensure:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Minimum three (3) years of experience with payment allocation and reconciliation. Experience with automated RCM systems and electronic and manual payment posting. Experience analyzing healthcare claims data in a healthcare environment is preferred.
