Do you have an eye for detail? Jefferson Healthcare in Port Townsend, WA is looking for a full-time remote Revenue Cycle Integrity Analyst to join our team! As an RCI Analyst, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of effective charge-master (CDM) and pricing review, as well as collaborating with Providers and Clinic Staff to insure the RCI workflows in Epic are functioning appropriately. You will use your eye for detail to analyze, resolve, and process improve claim denials for the revenue cycle function of Jefferson Healthcare. What you'll need:
- High school graduate or GED equivalent required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Two years of experience in either CPT/diagnosis coding or related Patient Financial Services function preferred.
- Required functional understanding of ancillary department operations.
- Ability to write and be verbally fluent in medical terminology preferred.
- Required to stay knowledgeable of industry standards and trends.
- CPC/CCS certification preferred.
- Epic experience preferred.
Schedule: 1.0 FTE; 40 hours/week; Day Shift; No weekends! Work from home flexibility!
