Hypeach Boutique is excited to announce the launch of its first brand activation retail experience located in the heart of L.A. fashion retail shopping on Melrose Avenue in West Hollywood just down the street from large scale brands like Nordstrom, Revolve, Lulu Lemon, Adidas and other top brands. What makes our space unique is that not only will the store have Hypeach.com top sellers, but also will feature exclusive inventory that can’t be found on our website. The space is also designed for content creation so top fashion influencers, models and celebrity stylists will be frequenting the store. This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in learning and growing within the fashion industry.

We are looking for an experienced Store Associate Manager to engage customers and drive sales. This position reports to the Retail Store Manager and will assist with all aspects of retail operations (front-of-house, visual merchandising, inventory control) balancing premium customer service with monthly sales goals.

This role is full time (8 hours per day, 5 days per week) and store operations will be 12:00pm to 7:00pm Wednesday through Sunday (and will operate on holidays like 4th of July, etc.). In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to continue to work with Hypeach and grow your career with the retail store and/or in another capacity within the company headquarters.

RESPONSIBILIITIES

• Creating a positive, engaging store environment that feels more like a brand activation experience than just a retail store!
• Bring the brand vibe from hypeach.com and @hypeachboutique to life in the store experience
• Daily management of employees and contractors
• Develop strategies for driving key metrics and growth
• Assist in all aspects of retail inventory management, purchasing, and receiving
• Oversee the buying, assortment planning, and replenishment of inventory
• Develop and nurture relationships with customers and business partners that visit the store
• Assist in pre-planning seasonal merchandising flips and promotions
• Ensure store standards are being maintained throughout the day

EXPERIENCE

• 1-3 years of fashion retail store experience required, preferably in a boutique clothing environment
• Visual merchandising experience preferred
• Buying experience preferred
• Desire to learn and grow with the brand
• Highly communicative; receives and delivers feedback constructively
• Ability to multitask with strong organization skills
• Detail oriented, self-starter, accountable
• Great attitude, strong work ethic
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, G Suite, Email)
• Experience with Shopify POS system a plus
• Availability on weekends and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
