JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION TITLE: Retail Staff
REPORTS TO: Retail Lead & Supervisor
DEPARTMENT: Retail
CLASSIFICATION: Seasonal FT/PT
FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt
GENERAL PURPOSE
To provide exceptional service to all Jackson Hole Mountain Resort (JHMR) customers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop successful sales techniques.
- Work with supervisor to maintain store presentation standards.
- Conscientious inventory control.
- Merchandise new product, restock current merchandise.
- Handle customer returns, vendor warranties, and damaged merchandise.
OTHER FUNCTIONS
- Maintain cleanliness of store.
- Provide information for JHMR guests.
- Employees are held accountable for all duties of this job-
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:
- Basic knowledge of the ski/snowboard industry and the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort.
- Basic knowledge of retail operations.
- Outgoing personality.

N/A
EXPERIENCE:
- Retail experience preferred.
