The Pioneer Woman Mercantile is a destination bakery, deli, hotel, pizza restaurant, ice cream and candy shop, and general stores in Pawhuska, Oklahoma. customers about products and facilitating a great shopping experience. At the heart of

Summary of Key Responsibilities

• Work in a fast paced environment

• Work in a team environment

• Opening and Closing duties as directed by Managers

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service

• Answer product and store-related questions

• Ring in orders using POS terminals

• Recommend, select, and help customers locate merchandise while guiding them through the store

• Maintain cleanliness of store and assist with replenishing, organization, and upkeep of product displays

• Additional duties as specified by Store Manager and Assistant Managers

Required Skills and Abilities

• Basic math skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Keen attention to detail

• Requires repetitive hand/arm motion..

• Requires frequent lifting of up to 25 lbs.

• Requires occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.

• Standing/Walking for 6-8 hours at a time minimum

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred

• Warm, friendly, and hospitable attitude

• Must have reliable transportation

• Holidays and weekends required
