alba is a women owned store with several locations throughout New Jersey. Our company was founded on a passion for styling and client services. We are looking for people with a desire for sharing their knowledge of fashion, who are interested in styling clients in a high end boutique setting.
We are seeking a fashion and sales driven stylist to work part time (Sunday/Monday preferred with possibility of additional shifts).
As a Senior Stylist, you will focus on driving sales & building relationships with clients.
You will:
- lead the sales floor and provide an unrivaled one-on-one shopping experience
- guide clients through the entire store while curating complete outfits
- utilize our sales & clientele systems to reach out to clients to showcase new arrivals, set up shopping appointments, alert of sales etc.
- work alongside the Store Manager & Sales Manager
Requirements
- Flexible schedule that includes weekends / Sunday's.
- Experience or strong interest in an intimate boutique setting, customer service, fashion or relative industry is ideal but not required. Qualified candidates will come with a warm personality, eager to learn the way our small business runs, excited to meet & style clients in store everyday
- Positive attitude and a team player. Our team operates like a small family.
