Are you the Tech Savvy Retail Merchant?

We are seeking a passionate and motivated results-oriented individual with outstanding negotiation skills and proven P&L results. Do you have existing relationships with decision makers at leading CE and related brands that you can bring to our channel? if we give you our target criteria can you manage your store networks making merchandise and brand decisions, negotiating sponsorships and deliver optimized P&L results for us and our brands partners? Are you data driven with a test and learn culture where you will leverage data to see trends immediately and make great decisions to optimize the P&L before scaling what works? Will you be able to articulate exactly what categories of products will meet the needs of travelers in our airport, mass transit resort and other locations? Can you see the future in connected healthcare technology? Can you uniquely identify with consumer trends, identify the winning players in the categories and deliver consumers acompelling experience and offer than will translate to healthy P&L results?

• You will be tech savvy and be a master of automation tools and systems to implement your merchandising concepts
• You will be well researched on what brands and products are hot and what are not
• You will be a master of ERP and supply chain management systems to operate your business
• You will understand the power of engaging consumers with mobile and digital experiences as well as at store shopping experiences
• When consumers volunteer personal information you will use it respectfully to personalize transactions to make shopping simpler, more fun and more convenient
• You have a relentless drive and energy to exceed incredible goals and meet your expectations

• You have a deep desire to understand and find the ideal solution to meet the end consumer's needs

• You are a team player and will work with our real estate, engineering, product and ops teams to execute successfully

Basic Qualifications

• 10+ years of merchandising experience with Consumer Electronics and tech savvy products and brands
• Experience using online merchandising and CRM systems
• Experience with ERP, CMS and data analytics systems (Netsuite a plus)
• Experience as a buyer in identifying, negotiating, and closing deals
• Experience in positioning and selling products or technology to decision makers
• Experience communicating and presenting to senior leadership
• MBA/BS degree or equivalent work experience required
