Fossil Group is currently seeking Sales Associates for our Tanger Outlets Lancaster location. Retail associates bring our stores and brand to life. They're goal oriented and enthusiastic product experts who create exceptional experiences for our guests. They embrace teamwork and thrive in a team centric environment. Candidates main focus is on creating a positive environment for those around them as well as driving sales through their product knowledge. Other roles and responsibilities include helping with day-to-day retail operations such as shipment processing, restocking, cashiering, and personalization of products.
