Renewal by Andersen is looking to add to our Events and Retail Marketing Team! The retail and events staff serve as the lead generators for our company. They work out of various retail locations, events, trade shows, and outdoor events. As the Team Supervisor, you would lead the team in sales and marketing techniques. You will have a passion for selling the top rated windows and doors in the country. You will have a personal drive to exceed sales goals and push your team to do the same! We are looking for someone who is comfortable providing feedback and coaching to a team in a fast-paced environment and doesn't mind working on the front lines with their team.

Responsibilities:

Manage a small group of Marketing Representatives that are responsible for securing in-home consultations for our sales team.

Coach and train your employees, through various facilitation and feedback techniques

Providing thorough evaluations of employees for our management staff.

Assist in recruiting, as necessary, to ensure we maintain an acceptable staffing percentage in our retail stores.

Maintain relationships with retail store owners/managers.

Making sure our retail locations are stocked with the necessary supplies to conduct business.

Conduct interviews for your team, provide feedback on candidates to Talent Acquisition team.

Partner with Retail/Events Marketing Manager to ensure team is performing, needs are being met.

Qualifications:

Previous sales or marketing experience is required.

Must be comfortable and proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office.

Previous experience in the retail or event industry is preferred but not required.

Must have a valid driver license with a clean driving record. (Required)

Must be willing to travel up to an hour to and from work each day.

Great time management/self-starter.

Have reliable transportation.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay $45,000-60,000 annually (hourly position - paid weekly, bonuses included)
