We are hiring Restoration Technicians for the New Albany, IN area!! Restoration Technicians perform production processes to fulfill the service needs of individual restoration projects. We prefer some background in our type of trade if possible and able to keep up with the physical labor aspect of the position. They must be comfortable working on water damages, mold remediation, sewage cleanups, and some tight areas like crawlspaces.

Shift: M-F 8am-5pm. On call every other weekend

Pay: $16/hr

Responsibilities:

• Load the work truck with equipment needed for each project
• Maintain clean and organized vehicle and equipment
• Prepare areas for work activities and set up staging area/equipment for each project.
• Perform production processes as directed
• Communicate with crew chief and other techs to maintain efficient production processes.
• Perform end-of-day cleanup and breakdown.
• Maintain an organized warehouse space
• Go to job sites and restore/clean any items, or areas that are affected by water, fire, mold, biohazard, (etc.) damage
• Be able to perform some construction type tasks, including, but not limited to, tearing down drywall, flooring, ceilings, etc. Repairing/restoring some damaged areas of homes or buildings, lifting/moving up to 50lbs, working with a variety of tools for different types of projects.
• Following direction from supervisor quickly, and efficiently in order to get the job done correctly and in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• HS Diploma/GED
• Valid driver's license
• Restoration expeirence
• Comfortable with heavy lifting
• (preferred) cleaning experience
• (preferred) IICRC certifications
