A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RESTAURANT SHIFT MANAGER
nIn this position, you are vital to the operations of our restaurant. Your main priority is to uphold our standards for food quality, timeliness, and sanitation. You help lead our team, making sure that our employee performance is consistent. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to you, so you take complaints seriously and do what you can to solve any problems.
nAttentive to detail, you balance registers and prepare deposits. If the team needs help, you step in to assist them on their station. Additionally, you keep the work environment pleasant, handling any conflict with ease. You take pride in the part you play in our success!
