Primary Server Responsibilities: Serves food, beverages and accommodates guests needs in a courteous and timely manner. Exemplifies a role model appearance, attitude and team-oriented approach at all times. * Must demonstrate the ability to use SMART Service in order to drive guest check average. Through a solid understanding of menu/beverage knowledge, will only deliver items that uphold our standards. Building sales, guest loyalty and guest intent to return “because of me” is your expected goal. Demonstrates a level of mutual respect to all team members, management and guests.
